Antique 1920s 1930s Fringed Table Runner

Stunning table runner or small tablecloth circa the 1920s or 1930s. Dark ivory or tan lace with fringe along two ends and scalloped trim along the other two ends. The fringe ends have a bit of pink ribbon backing though one side is missing about 9" of it.
This measures about 25" x 23", including trim.
Excellent vintage condition. There are a few of minor breaks in the lace stitching, not really noticeable unless you're looking for them. I have not spotted any stains or marks.
