Vintage 1980s 1990s Navy Blue Suede Chaps with Fringe

Amazing vintage chaps with fringe in blue suede, circa the 1980s or 1990s I believe but maybe a bit older. They seem pretty unisex to me and have Talon zippers down the legs and buckle around the waist. These are fairly weighty, shipping reflects this but if I can get it into a cheaper flat rate I will and refund any overages.
Excellent vintage condition. The only things to note are expected wear of working chaps, ie, wear to the bottom and inside thighs , see photo.
Measurements when lying flat.
Waist: Up to about 28" but one could punch anther hole in the suede "Belt" and get another inch or so.
Hips: open
Waist to bottom hem on outside of leg: approx 42"
